Saunders Island, Falklands, Feb 2007: Black-browed albatrosses
Nearly three quarters of the world’s population of black-browed albatrosses nest in the Falkland Islands. These birds are thought to pair for life. With their chick happily sat on the nest, the adult birds here are grooming each other as Nigel looks on.
